Megan Shuford NorthMegan North Shuford- Founder

Hello.  I’m Megan. I’m a transformational coach, conscious entrepreneur, community builder, healer, visionary and founder of Dreams Followed and The Love Jar Project. My life  values are centered around compassion, love, honoring intuition, curiosity, community building and social justice.  I have Masters of Science in Social Work from the University of TN Knoxville, 2009 and am a recipient of the Extraordinary Professional Promise Chancellor’s Honors Citation


Bobbie ShrivastavBobbie Shrivastav

Bobbie is an experienced Senior level Technologist, Problem Solver, and Change Agent. She has over 15 years experience helping large and small organizations with operations excellence by use of process and technology. She is very active in the​NC ​start-up community and affiliated with 3 start-ups, including her own. She recently has launched her company, Docsmore, a product that helps organizations go paperless and disrupts how documents are traditionally used and processed electronically.​ ​Bobbie has her Masters in Project Management from Western Carolina, and her MBA from Wake Forest University. MBA, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSP


Fay HorwittFay Horwitt

Fay has turned ideation and social innovation into a lifestyle. A Winston native and UNCSA School of Filmmaking alum, she forged an early career in marketing for small businesses and nonprofits. As the Founder of innovateHER, Fay’s passion for empowering others and building community has opened new doors for women entrepreneurs and thought-leaders throughout the city. She’s since carved out a local profile as an advocate for inclusive entrepreneurship, most recently serving as project lead for HUSTLE Winston-Salem.


Gail Fisher

Gail Fisher is a community volunteer and retired marketing professional.   She was involved with Habitat for Humanity for several years and then focused her efforts on creating StoryLine, a social-capital building project that collected and shared the stories of the community.  She is now involved with the New Winston Museum to help develop and execute an Oral History Initiative.  She has two sons and three grandchildren.


Mona KingMona King

Mona King is a ​Design advocate, Interior Architect, Project Manager, Founder of Living Aura, Consultant and Biomimicry in design researcher.​ ​She is the Principal and President of Mona + Associates Design, a multi-discipline design collaborative providing a holistic approach to creative development; environmental design, branding and project management. Mona has spent many years empowering, mentoring and advocating for artists, creatives, makers and designers in NC.


Steven Llano

Steven is the founder and lead creative oof Llano Media LLC, a design marketing boutique that uses design-first solutions to solve client problems in their messaging strategy.  He also participates in speaking opportunities throughout the entrepreneurial ecosystem on topics related to design and marketing for business development. He’s worked with Flywheel Foundation, New Ventures Club, Center for Creative Economy, Creative Startups Southeast, and Wix.
